Sunsuites Carolina - San Agustin (Gran Canaria)

The location of these apartments is fantastic, as they are very close to the beach and shops. You can easily walk to the beach and enjoy a day of sun and sand. Furthermore, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options.

There have been a few complaints about a bad smell coming from the bins outside the hotel in the morning.

Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le tarif est un avantage certain. De plus, l'hôtel offre des équipements de qualité, comme une télévision et une salle de bain fonctionnelles.

Il y a un aspect négatif à prendre en compte. L'hôtel peut être bruyant, notamment en raison de sa proximité avec l'autoroute et la voie de chemin de fer.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely perfect. The owner of the apartment complex was an amazing host, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. As a young family with a 15-month-old baby, this hotel made everything so easy for us. The location is unbeatable, with quick access to the pool, beach, shops, bars, and supermarkets. The owner's hospitality was outstanding, always going the extra mile with a smile. We loved it so much that we asked for a late checkout, and the owner refused to take any additional payment since no one was checking into our room afterwards. We got to stay until 6pm for free! We're already planning our return to this jaw-dropping apartment complex. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff was excellent and always ready to assist, and the apartments were cleaned regularly with fresh towels and bedding. It truly surpassed all our expectations. The complex itself is a lovely and friendly place, with spacious and spotlessly clean apartments. The availability of sunbeds was never an issue, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding or using as a base for exploring. The sense of safety and security was excellent, with key access gates. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. A Spar supermarket is conveniently located across the road, and while there are restaurants and bars in the shopping center, we preferred walking along the waterfront to explore the many dining options. Taxis back to the complex were affordable, and there's a bus stop nearby for exploring other resorts along the coast. The value for money was exceptional, with added perks like pool towels and dressing gowns, usually found only in larger 4-star hotels. We can't wait to return for more winter sunshine at this mind-blowingly amazing apartment complex. The location, cleanliness, and beautiful gardens with stunning views of the Atlantic make it an ideal spot for walks along the promenade. The staff truly deserves praise for their friendliness, hard work, helpfulness, and dedication to ensuring guests have the best holiday experience possible.

The atmosphere was bustling with friendly guests returning year after year. The apartments were clean and spacious, with always-available sunbeds. The complex felt safe and secure. Convenient location near a supermarket and shopping center, with plenty of restaurant choices. Enjoyed the peacefulness, perfect for relaxation or as a base for exploring. Excellent value for money with added perks like pool towels and dressing gowns. Would love to return for more winter sunshine. Superb location with breathtaking views. Everything was perfect, me and my partner truly enjoyed the stay. The staff was amicable and respectful. It was nice to have good rooms with a terrace. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, at a medium distance from El Aguila Beach. I were set in the shopping centre.

I had an really good stay at Sunsuites Carolina & Collection. The apartments were perfectly equipped and located in the best area of San Agustin, just a short walk to the beach and shops.

Although the mattresses were a bit soft, the overall experience outweighed this minor inconvenience. The pool may be small, but the availability of sunbeds was never an issue.

The value for money at this hotel was really good, with spotlessly clean rooms and beautiful sea views. The location was perfect for walks along the promenade and was central for transportation and restaurants. The staff made the stay nice - friendly, hardworking, and committed to ensuring a great holiday experience.

As for breakfast, it could be improved with a wider selection of food options.
